Jo comes from an athletics background but more recently found a love for Aerial hoop and Crossfit (she loves a heavy barbell and running workout)! Her coaching journey began in Group Exercise where she worked as a spin instructor before moving into coaching Strongman, Crossfit and Calisthenics.
