JJ has been competing in high level sports throughout his life. He played rugby semi-professionally whilst at university and has competed in mountain bike races, as well as surfing, snowboarding and wakeboarding competitions.

Having completed an Honours Degree in Sports Science, his main focus with training lies in strength and conditioning. For optimal health and performance JJ believes in joint longevity through good mobility, muscular strength and cardiac health. He has been a personal trainer for 10 years and has a wealth of experience training a broad range of people from elite athletes, to school children. JJ will ensure that clients are pushed to their limits with his variable mobility, strength and conditioning based sessions whilst ensuring everyone is enjoying themselves as a priority.
