Jay trained as a young PT in South Africa training young men and women for sport (mostly rugby and hockey) and studied in an environment that focused very much on performance and prevention of injury.

Jay’s approach to training is holistic, thorough and dynamic. He is now moving his career, education and training style in the direction of neurology and how he can use concepts around this subject to help clients get the most out of their training. Jay has worked with everyone from Paralympic swimmers and body builders to novice gym goers and prides himself on client experience, knowledge base and ability to rise to any training challenge.
