It's got to be the Deadlift - the oldest test of strength, activating the most muscles and stimulating a lot of growth!
When I'm not exploring somewhere or eating, I'll most likely be consumed in Netflix (trying to get into Narcos currently, but the old favourites of How I Met Your Mother, Summer Heights High and The Office always reign supreme).
James’ background in the last few years has primarily been in Strength & Conditioning within team sports having worked within QPR and then over in Boston at Harvard University.
