How do you start your day?

Grumpily! If I have time, usually smashed avocado and poached eggs on toast, if not, just some porridge and a protein shake

Favourite exercise?

It's got to be the Deadlift - the oldest test of strength, activating the most muscles and stimulating a lot of growth!

When you aren't working out, what are you doing?

When I'm not exploring somewhere or eating, I'll most likely be consumed in Netflix (trying to get into Narcos currently, but the old favourites of How I Met Your Mother, Summer Heights High and The Office always reign supreme).
