Trainer Bio

James’ passion for coaching and educating people comes from his strong background in sport and exercise, after an ACL rupture in 2001 he decided the best way to continue on this path was to go to University and study Sport and Exercise science.

James now has 14 years of Personal training experience and has clocked up well over 12000 hours of teaching. This experience has led him to be able to look at each human body individually and decipher the best working conditions for clients to attain their goals.

James is a Tier 2 Personal Trainer
