There are 86,400 seconds in a day, how will you use them. He who says he can, and he who says he can't are both usually right.
Take something you enjoy doing, something where you feel at your best, value it and revisit that place in your head when times get tough, to pull you through. Always be better than you were yesterday, don't focus on being better than others.
Harvey has worked with the best in elite sport, whilst playing rugby at Exeter, he was introduced to their lead Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Physio’s, whom he shadowed throughout rehab sessions and team gym sessions when he wasn’t training himself. Harvey excelled in sport, and focussed much of his drive and ambition through rugby. He now plays at a competitive level for Guildford Rugby Club. Harvey has also competed and obtained a silver medal in the Youth Indoor Rowing Championships (2012) in a race over 2km. Harvey aims to utilise his knowledge for the body and movement to deliver very in depth sessions, that will only benefit the clients progression.
