How do you start your day?

I start my mornings early, with a strong coffee, and some sort of concoction out of the nutri-bullet

What is your lifestyle statement?

There are 86,400 seconds in a day, how will you use them.
He who says he can, and he who says he can't are both usually right.

What is your top motivational tip?

Take something you enjoy doing, something where you feel at your best, value it and revisit that place in your head when times get tough, to pull you through. Always be better than you were yesterday, don't focus on being better than others.
