Harry recognises that the human body is the ultimate healer. After injury, your body will heal itself until it becomes functional again, this doesn’t always mean brand new however. It is with this that Harry draws upon his continued educational experience in order to place the client within an environment that allows for optimal adaptation of health and wellbeing.
During Harry’s professional career, he has worked on many client projects from a variety of client scenarios. This has ranged from the Training of multi day endurance challenges to demonstrating successful techniques in order to prevent planned surgical operations. He has worked with the majority population, professional and competitive athletes, celebrities and serving military personnel.
Harry takes great pride in his methods acting as a consultant to various medical clinics and big sporting teams toward his simple yet effective approach to the understanding of pain and how to solve it. He believes we are all capable of achieving our personal goals, it’s just a matter of being on the right track.
