I’ve been working for almost 3 years Third Space as a trainer, helping people to develop a good foundation of overall fitness that’s include core strength and stability. Also helping athletes to perform better in their sports and general such as weight loss, muscle gain, tone up.
As a massage therapist I apply corrective posture exercises to prevent injuries and physical rehabilitation (neck, shoulder, lower back and knee pain)
Also my own training I do calisthenics, Muay-Thai, kickboxing, capoeira, football and weight training.
