Trainer Bio

Francesca began sport at an early age, competing in athletics and training as a dancer at a musical theatre college. Always having a passion for fitness, she began teaching group exercise classes and went on to become a personal trainer. Having worked throughout the UK and Canada, she has great experience and knowledge, and loves helping people to explore the joys of exercise, nutrition and contributing to a healthier lifestyle.
