Egle has been practising various martial arts for more than 20 years as a hobby. In 2010 she decided to leave her office job to follow her passion in teaching physical activity by embracing a healthy balance between performance driven training, functional fitness and muscle building/fat burning techniques.

I think all people become super heroes when they achieve their potential and use their strengths for the better cause. Saying this, I am aiming to better myself in order to reach this optimal potential.
She started Karate when she was 7 years old, followed by Wushu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Pankration styles. The passion in performance based training developed due to the curiosity exploring the philosophy of martial arts and willingness to apply learned techniques to general fitness. For her training has always been more than just physical activity, it was a path to practise a healthier mind-set. In 2012 she suffered an injury, which has turned her focus from purely performance based training into rehab and functional training.
