He fell in love with body building early in his fitness journey but over time has evolved to focus more on using his own body as a tool to create strength and mobility. David, strives to help his clients achieve their goals using an all around approach, focusing on creating sustainable daily habits, smart nutritional choices and fun filled workouts that combine strength and skill work.
