I love the deadlift as it is a whole body movement and has so many benefits helping you gain strength, power and it can also get you out of breath too!

A primary school teacher.

Trainer Bio

Danielle is from a dancers background and trained in Dance Theatre at the world renowned Laban Conservatoire in London. Since the age of 6 she has had disciplined training in ballet and contemporary and from these practices she understood the importance of strength, dynamic power, core body strength and body composition within her training. From there she went on to travel around Australia for two years and this is where she found her love for the gym. She studied with the Australian Institution of Fitness and was awarded the master certificate within her course. Since working within the industry she has had great success with her clients.
