Dani has 7 years of experience as a personal trainer and is a firm believer that practice makes perfect. For him building a strong foundation for his clients is key to building understanding, confidence, and consistency. Through a combination of strength training and Boxing/kickboxing, Dani has a focus on delivering sessions that are methodical, functional and enjoyable for his clients. Dani has an active interest in always increasing his knowledge about health, fitness and well-being so he’s consistently looking out for new ways to improve his training methods.
