Trainer Bio

Originally from West Yorkshire, Daisy trained in Dance (ballet, contemporary, modern), from the age of 2-18. Competing in team sports such as rugby and hockey, she also gained two British records in powerlifting with the BPU. Now after 5 years of working as PT and instructor, Daisy concentrates on building her knowledge of health and fitness to complement the strength and conditioning work she does with clients.
