Christina previously worked as Engineer before retraining as a PT, and loves to keep up-to-date with the latest research in sport and exercise science. She specialises in Strength and Conditioning and is currently studying for an MSc in S&C at St Mary’s University. Christina is qualified as a BWL Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting coach. She is passionate about her clients’ success and wants to see them getting the most out of every session.
