As well as completing his Level 4 Strength & Conditioning certification, Chris also has a Masters in Sports Coaching and a Level 3 coaching certification in rugby union. Chris is passionate about supporting others  achieve their own personal athletic goals. He believes that your fitness and training should be specific to your needs, whilst also ensuring you enjoy each session. Chris will give you the tools to create sustainable, long-term behaviors & well-rounded athletic performance.
