Trainer Bio

Chris Mandac is a dedicated fitness professional, with over 10 years experience in both the fitness and Martial Arts industry and a host of clients attesting to his success. He achieved his first certification in Kettlebell training under the tuition of Angie Dowds (presenter of Britain’s Biggest Loser) in July 2007. After a few years he decided to challenge himself to go through the StrongFirst Girya (SFG) Challenge in July 2013. Soon after his SFG, Chris spent time studying mobility exercises and calisthenics training in an effort to maximize his own strength training. Overall he is passionate to deliver high quality, personalised training to individuals of all levels and abilities, investing everything he has to provide the support and guidance each client needs. Chris’s high-energy personality means he can energise clients to achieve the goals they set.
