Cassie’s personal training path started twenty years ago when she joined Third Space as a member. Seeing the importance of a trainer on her own fitness journey and progress set off a new career path and passion. Now Cassie likes to train in a variety of sports from cycling to boxing to weight lifting; gaining a variety of skills and knowledge and passing this onto her clients. Whether you are a beginner or trained athlete Cassie creates a friendly yet motivating environment for you to train, gain confidence and progress.
