Carl has over 20 years of experience coaching in the US & UK.  He is one of two PRP (Pre-hab, Rehab & Performance) coaches within the company that work closely with the Soho medical team to deliver outstanding coaching & programming.  He has been part of faculty teaching Biomechanics, Kinesiology & Program Design to personal trainers & exercise professionals for over a decade & finds teaching one of the best ways to continue learning.
