Circumnavigation of the planet during four and a half years of travel.

Regret. Having not tried something and never knowing what could've been.

What do you ultimately want to become?

Ultimately Batman, but I'll settle for the role of Tier 3 Elite Trainer.

Trainer Bio

During many years travelling the world, Ben spent time working as a personal trainer in New Zealand before returning home to continue his health and fitness journey in London.

He brings an open minded approach to his athlete’s training, understanding they are all different. In a constantly evolving industry he believes simple methods plus hard work are the keys to helping others achieve their goals and reach their potential.
