Ben has over 8 years experience working in various locations and settings globally. Notably spending 2 years in Vietnam running his own Personal Training offering in hotel gyms. His approach is to ensure people prioritise getting fitter, stronger, healthier and ultimately improve the way they perform everyday, inside and outside of the gym.
