Attila is a former professional athlete (European Championship silver medallist in Judo), economist, group exercise assessor and Personal Trainer. With over 25 years of experience in high level sport and fitness, Attila has a deep understanding of the importance of perfect movement.
Thus, during the sessions he focuses on teaching you how to create a strong and highly functioning body, starting from post-rehabilitation exercises to advanced complex moves with barbells, kettlebells and your own bodyweight.

Attila started doing Judo when he was 6. For 18 years he was a professional athlete. During this time he had the opportunity to work with numerous trainers, athletes and doctors, thus he has a deep understanding of how people react differently to certain types of training and nutrition.
After finishing his sporting career, Attila turned his focus to helping people experience the beauty of smarter training. In 2012 he moved to London, introduced deepWORK® and IRON SYSTEM® to the UK, and now he is part of the Third Space team.
