Anna’s background is in dance. She has danced since the age of 4 and trained as a professional dancer, receiving a degree from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance. While dancing Anna discovered she had mild scoliosis and was introduced to the power of Pilates and the importance of looking after your body. After university she realised her love of dance was evolving into a love of fitness and hasn’t looked back.
