Bio

Andreia is a functional strength training coach with an extensive contemporary and jazz dance background, having performed in various theatres from the age of 9, but due to an injury, early retirement was inevitable for her dance career.
Always driven by human movement she transferred her skills into personal training, and now focuses on getting her clients to move in the most efficient way while reaching the best version of themselves.
