Trainer Bio

Andrada has always been passionate about fitness and nutrition. For her, this is a lifestyle and believes there is no such thing as a quick fix or a magic pill, whether one wants to lose weight or gain muscle mass. It takes time, effort and consistency from both parties in order to see amazing results. In the future she aspires to become a Registered Dietician to help people develop a better relationship with food.
