As a former professional junior athlete for 15 years, qualified personal trainer and a Masters in Applied Strength and Conditioning Science, Akkil offers a variety of skillsets with a vision and goal of helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Having worked at Fulham FC, London Irish Rugby with pro athletes and training gen-pop,
he believes every member should consider themselves an athlete in some form (recreational or professional) and he focuses of 4 key pillars: Movement, Fuel, Recovery and Mindset.
