How do you start your day?

I have a set routine, I have breakfast first thing which is always porridge with honey and cinnamon and glass of warm water with lemon. It sets me off nicely for the day ahead!

If you weren’t a PT what would you be?

Human Rights lawyer, I did an MA in Human Rights but went to my first Olympic Games and the rest is history!

When you aren’t working out, what are you doing?
