Abi is a two time Olympian (TeamGB), having represented Britain in 2004 and 2012 and a commonwealth gold and silver medallist. Her years as an elite athlete, trained by the world’s finest coaches, has developed her skills as a strength and conditioning specialist with an emphasis on movement and functionality.
