Trainer Bio

A proud product of rural New Zealand, Aaron’s interest in training originated from his desire to improve his rugby in early adolescence. Since then he has represented two different rugby provinces and developed a strong passion for all things health and fitness.
He still thrives on the energy and enthusiasm of new clients, and takes great pride in the results of all those that he works with.
