Roland’s passion for Martial Arts and Strength Training led him to coach and motivate people for a healthier lifestyle and search of Wellbeing. From traditional dojo to health club, he strives to promote fun and variety in a demanding and challenging training context. For anyone and everyone who is looking to build an athletic body or sporting performance, Roland will take your training to the next level: “the look must follow the function”!
