Third Space is seeking vibrant, energetic instructors qualified in Indoor Cycling, Personal Training and HIIT concepts to take on sessions across our four venues in central London.

We are looking for instructors willing to learn and deliver our bespoke concepts.

Ability to conduct workshops during off peak times is essential.

 

Sessions available are 30,45 or 60 minutes long and the working rate is £30-60 dependant on suitability of qualifying criteria.

Our teams comprise of like-minded people who aspire to help others achieve their goals. Our roles will give you the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds and a variety of experience.

We are currently launching a very exciting education system throughout our group, where all of our team are enrolled into our bespoke and tailored training plan with our Learning and Development team.

There is also an opportunity to teach a number of classes within our clubs, should the successful applicants have the ability to do so.

 

All applicants must be qualified to;

  • Recent graduate level / or  level 3 with no experience
  • or – non graduate / qualified Level 3  with Group Ex experience

All applicants will be required to complete PDS / Lifescore training within their first 3 months and be delivering assessments by the end of their 3 month probation period.

There will be a 12-18 month timeframe until you are able to progress to Tier 1 PT or a Group Exercise Instructor or Management.

Third Space is looking for industry experts to join their growing Personal Training department across all of our Central London clubs.  Successful applicants will need to be passionate about fitness and bringing our brand to life, while aspiring to help our members achieve their goals. Our roles will give you the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds and a variety of experience.

We are currently launching a very exciting education system throughout our group, where all of our team are enrolled into our bespoke and tailored training plan with our Learning and Development team.

There is also an opportunity to teach a number of classes within our clubs, should the successful applicants have the ability to do so.

Tier 1 –Minimum Level 3 Reps or Bachelor degree.  Entry point for externals is 1,000 hours experience.

Tier 2 –Minimum Level 4 Reps or Master’s Degree (or CSCS / UKSCA) plus 4,000 hours experience . Good nutritional understanding.

All applicants will be required to complete our training system within their first 3 months.

There will be a 12-18 month timeframe until you are able to progress from T1 – T2. All applicants must ensure they do at least 6 days of further/continuous education per year either through the Third Space System or other external means.

Third Space is looking for Lifeguards to join their expanding Fitness Team at the prestigious Canary Wharf Club.

The Pearson Room is looking for a bubbly and efficient driven Bar Back. You should have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position and in a busy bar/restaurant in London.  We are looking for a self-motivated Bar Back with excellent communication skills, hard work and commitment.  You will be positive, with a friendly personality and have a genuine interest in food and wine. You will be responsible for assisting the Bartenders, accepting deliveries, the daily prep and breakdown of the bar area, and cleaning and maintaining of a busy and organised bar to standard. The operating hours of the bar 07:00 and 12:00, so you’ll need to be able to accommodate this.

We are looking for a passionate Group HR Manager who will proactively drive forward the HR People Plan across the group by implementing commercial HR solutions which optimise performance by recruiting, training and retaining the best professionals London has to offer.

As Group HR  Manager, you will act as a sounding board to the MD and General managers when providing expertise knowledge in HR; advising on all employment related matters to mitigate risk, analyse and present proposals on future trends in HR and best practise as well as support with all change management initiatives.

We want to find someone who possesses outstanding people management skills to both understand and effectively develop both their direct teams’ performance as well as the devise and run internal training to improve the performance of our team members, with particular focus on developing the Heads of Departments, our future leaders.

Summary of main responsibilities

  • Maintain robust recruitment and selection process
  • Manage the performance management process
  • Implement organisational change where required to meet business needs, including TUPE transfers
  • Ensure appropriate reward strategy is in place and develop/implement incentivised schemes
  • Manage the group HR budget

It’s very important that we provide a great journey experience for our customers and ensure that their expectations are always met, if not exceeded. We are therefore seeking a reliable, organised, passionate and engaging individual able to provide a professional service from a warm welcome to a fond farewell for our members.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.

The role will also include Duty Management shifts, and an opportunity for the individual to showcase their skills in managing other departments during their shift.

Our Club is fast-paced so you’ll need to work well under pressure and will be responsible for ensuring that a professional level of service is delivered at all times. Within this requirement, you will need to be fully conversant with every offering within the club, including the group exercise timetable.

As a Concierge Team Member you’ll also need to work a mixture of shifts which involve opening the club as early as 05:15 and closing as late as 23:30, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
