We are looking for an experienced Fitness Manager to run our Academy Training team at Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fitness to drive the productivity of the Academy Trainer team (30 hours per week) and also deliver their exceptional PT (10 hours per week). The HR team currently consists of our Group HR Manager, 2 HR Advisors and a Talent Acquisition Manager. We are a small but busy team dedicated to providing the business with a best in class HR service. In June 2018 we are due to open our new club in the City of London and we’re currently in the process of building our sixth club and investing in our current clubs, so it’s a very busy time for us. We’re now looking for a HR Administrator to join us, ideally for 3 days a week on a 6 month FTC – your role will be instrumental in enabling us to hit our objectives and will include duties such as:

  • Looking after the HR inbox – responding to and delegating queries to the rest of the team;
  • Managing our HRIS (Cascade) task list, action starters, leavers, contractual changes, season ticket loans, benefits etc.;
  • Setting up all new joiners

o Ensuring that their work patterns are correct, holidays updated and any other mandatory fields are completed

o Preparing offer letters and contracts

o Creating new employee folders on HR drive

o Ensure right to work and reference checks are completed

o On boarding paperwork followed up and filed away

  • Executing the exit interview process;
  • Processing HR/Recruitment related invoices and purchase orders, ordering stationary etc.;

Third Space Medicine is a leading medical practice based within a premium health club in the heart of Soho. We offer a fusion MSK & sports medicine and are looking for an experienced MSK physio to join our team.

You will be for enthusiastic, personable, confident and passionate. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills. Experienced and confident Sports or MSK Physiotherapist, the right personality and attitude is as essential as the right qualifications.

Start Date 26th March for 5 week period but for the right person this could lead to full time opportunities at one of our other London based clinics.

You must be highly self-motivated, outgoing and positive, with the ability to build good relationships with existing and prospective clients

We need a confident, competent and skilled manual therapist.

You need to have at least 5 year clinical experience in outpatients MSK.

A can-do attitude, friendly, knowledgeable and caring that will make you stand out in our team and give us and our clients confidence in your abilities, with a genuine passion for making sure that our clients stay better, not just get better. We do not want an average Joe!

Our practice is well established, 17 years and operates an exceptional clinic with CQC registration.

We have a number of great resources at our disposal and a team of professionals that will not rest until they have tested, treated and returned our clients to full fitness and work hard to develop and maintain a great customer experience.

To join us you will need:

  • Great clinical reasoning
  • Have excellent manual therapy skills, acupuncture, manipulative, MOBS, qualifications desirable, and great Sports Massage skills.
  • Be HCPC/CSP registered
  • A proven track record in gaining fantastic results with clients of all ages
  • Be organised and methodical with a customer centric approach and be able to offer a great customer service experience.

Third Space are looking to bring on board a senior Cross Fit Coach to head up a small, experienced team of coaches within a brand new, one of a kind Cross Fit box. We are looking for a senior coach who wants to expand their experience and be part of a brand new Cross Fit team which will  take pride in its knowledge of body movement, physical development and creating well-rounded athletes. The Head Coach will be integral in the success of the brand new Box whose duties and responsibilities will grow and evolve as our business and needs do.

The Head Coach will coach regular timetabled sessions each week, as well as writing all programming and managing the team of coaches. The role will involve  promoting team engagement with the Coaches, education and seminar organisation, as well as community engagement with members and scheduling coordination and processes.

 

The potential to PT within the existing Third Space business will also be available on top of the role.

This role is ideal for a CF L2 / L3 Coach with 3 or more years’ experience coaching at a CF affiliate.
