As we expand, we are looking for an intelligent, driven and entrepreneurial CRM Executive to help us bring our digital ambitions to life.

About the role:

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, the successful candidate will take up a new role at Third Space as CRM Executive owning all direct to member communications and campaigns (eCRM, app push messages, text campaigns). The successful candidate will be critical in the business’ growth strategy.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Own the member journey end-to-end from a communications strategy and execution point of view:
  • Looking at automated and tactical messaging throughout the prospect and member lifecycle showcasing key benefits and club features to ensure they get the most from their membership.
  • Identify and create member segments (eg. new joiner, high risk, engaged, un-engaged etc)
  • Map current user journey and build clear communication plans for identified segments to support business objectives (acquisition, retention and secondary revenue)
  • Along with data analyst, own segmentation and personalisation, proposing segments utilising member data to deliver more relevant campaigns
  • Own reporting on the success of these campaigns/strategies

 

  • Work closely with brand, digital, events, business and sales teams to ensure a cohesive marketing communication plan
  • Work with design agency and Assistant brand manager to create impactful marketing communications that you are proud of
  • Along with the Senior Brand Manager, lead the review and procurement of necessary tools to enhance Third Space CRM capability (CRM tools, analytics tools)
  • Work with data analyst to deliver valuable insight, understanding how our members engage with our marketing activity and in turn our services. Use this data to constantly review and improve campaign performance and build CRM plans and strategies

About you

Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing professional with 3-5 Years CRM experience working within for established brand or agency

  • Experience of working with data in a CRM environment (e.g. working with customer data, personalisation and complex databases) to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (no specific tool preferred), building rules based campaigns and automated journeys
  • Analytically competent with experience in statistics and analysis
  • Confident copywriter with excellent written English
  • Basic HTML experience preferred
  • Basic SQL experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and GDPR regulations

In this brand new role, you’ll be working alongside the Systems & Data Manager and the Marketing team in analysing different data sets to help enable critical decisions to be made in order to help us build campaigns with impact and relevance.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Analysing a wide range of data sets to help inform business, marketing, member and brand strategies
  • Work across all elements of the business to analyse how they are performing and present back areas for improvement
  • Build reports and visualise data so teams have real time insights into performance
  • Work with the marketing team and CRM manager to deliver valuable insight, understand how our members engage with our marketing activity and the effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Use this data to constantly review and improve campaign performance and aid in building CRM plans and strategies
  • Work with CRM manager to identify and build member segments to enable more personalised marketing campaigns
  • Problem solve. We are faced with interesting challenges and opportunities as we grow. The candidate will be responsible for delivering analysis that breaks these challenges down and shines a light on opportunities
  • Help define our future database structure, analytics team and approach to insight and analytics at Third Space
  • Review what in-house analytics tools we are using and make recommendations to enhance the offering we have.

About you

You’ll need to be comfortable using a wide range of analytical tools as well as have an analytical mind and be a strategic and creative thinker. We’re currently looking for a Facilities Engineer who will be responsible for the condition of the Islington club, internally and externally, including all equipment, plant, materials, fixtures, fittings and finishes, and maintained to the highest standards at all times. The Facilities Engineer will also ensure that sufficient processes are in place to actively manage all necessary reactive and planned repairs in an efficient and cost effective way, as well as implementing all necessary health & safety requirements and proactively managed

You’ll oversee projects, review priorities and ensure they are actioned accordingly and schedule regular maintenance activities such as service visits. Routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and carrying out general repairs and upkeep of the facility is essential at all times and you’ll ensure that there is sufficient cover in place, that work is accurately recorded and logged and budgets are not exceeded.

  • We are looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer who has previous experience of planned & scheduled daily, weekly and monthly routine and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure fully operational facilities and high standards of finish and condition at all times
  • A sound understanding of: Electricity at Work and Health / Safety at Work regulations & best practice;
  • Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems
  • HVAC;
  • Computer literate, preferably with some experience of planned maintenance systems;

We are looking for enthusiastic Instructors to join the team to deliver the very best services to our members with children, including delivery of a wide range of classes, activities and events to our little members.

The Concierge Manager will be responsible for managing the Concierge rota, guaranteeing that the concierge station is always adequately resourced and that the team are sufficiently trained within their role. The manager will also need to ensure that the club is always striving to improve by reviewing and improving the standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate must by familiar with working under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible to working on weekends. The shift rota requires availability for a start as early as 06.00 and a close as late as 22.30.

This role is not for the shy or fainthearted, and you will be expected to ooze and transfer your professional knowledge to your clients in a confident and specialist approach and, in doing so, build up strong rapports.

Our Personal Training roles will give you the opportunity to work with clients from a variety different backgrounds and experience; allowing you to introduce those taking their first step into Personal Training to those aspiring to be athletes.

Our Personal Trainers are the bread and butter and foundation of Third Space and so we will show our commitment to you by enrolling you onto our exciting education system where you will have access to bespoke and tailored training plans with our expert Learning and Development team. All of our Personal Trainers must ensure that they complete at least 6 days of further/continuous education per year either through our bespoke Third Space System or via other external means.

We have 2 tiers within our Personal Training department and the criteria for each is:

Tier 1

  • Minimum Level 3 Reps or Bachelor degree
  • Entry point for externals is 1,000 hours of personal training experience

Tier 2

  • Minimum Level 4 Reps or Master’s Degree (or CSCS / UKSCA) plus 4,000 hours experience
  • Required to have a good nutritional understanding

There will be a 12-18 month timeframe until you are able to progress from T1 – T2.

All applicants will be required to complete our training system within their first 3 months.

Our clubs are incredibly fast-paced so you’ll need to work well under pressure and will be responsible for ensuring that a professional level of service is delivered at all times. Within this requirement, you will need to be fully conversant with every offering within the club, including the group exercise timetable.

As a Concierge Team Member you’ll also need to work a mixture of shifts which involve opening the club as early as 05:15 and closing as late as 23:30, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

You will need to demonstrate experience of working in a target driven environment to meet retention targets. Experience of handling high levels of communication and managing CRM systems. Logical and detail orientated, self-motivated and proactive to attain and surpass departmental goals. Third Space Medicine is a leading medical practice based within a premium health club in the heart of Soho. We offer a fusion MSK & sports medicine and are looking for an experienced MSK physio to join our team.

You will be for enthusiastic, personable, confident and passionate. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills. Experienced and confident Sports or MSK Physiotherapist, the right personality and attitude is as essential as the right qualifications.

Start Date 26th March for 5 week period but for the right person this could lead to full time opportunities at one of our other London based clinics.

You must be highly self-motivated, outgoing and positive, with the ability to build good relationships with existing and prospective clients

We need a confident, competent and skilled manual therapist.

You need to have at least 5 year clinical experience in outpatients MSK.

A can-do attitude, friendly, knowledgeable and caring that will make you stand out in our team and give us and our clients confidence in your abilities, with a genuine passion for making sure that our clients stay better, not just get better. We do not want an average Joe!

Our practice is well established, 17 years and operates an exceptional clinic with CQC registration.

  • Great clinical reasoning
  • Have excellent manual therapy skills, acupuncture, manipulative, MOBS, qualifications desirable, and great Sports Massage skills.

About the role:

As a waiter/waitress you will be responsible for ensuring that a professional level of service is delivered at all times. Within this requirement, you will need to be fully conversant with every dish and beverage served in the restaurant, and be able to provide detailed explanations and recommendations if required by the customer. We are looking for a proficient communicator, with both strong written and verbal skills so that day-to-day tasks of processing orders are always accurate and that the procedure appears seamless for the customer.  The ideal candidate will be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by  proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a positive outcome is reached.

As well as being a customer-facing role, you will also be required to roll-up your sleeves and ensure that the restaurant and stations is always clean and clear throughout the service and that the cleaning is performed to a high standard.

The shift rota requires availability for a start as early as 06:00 and a close as late as 00:00, so you’ll need to be able to accommodate this.
