There will be a 12-18 month timeframe until you are able to progress to Tier 1 PT or a Group Exercise Instructor or Management.

Third Space is looking for industry experts to join their growing Personal Training department across all of our Central London clubs.  Successful applicants will need to be passionate about fitness and bringing our brand to life, while aspiring to help our members achieve their goals. Our roles will give you the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds and a variety of experience.

We are currently launching a very exciting education system throughout our group, where all of our team are enrolled into our bespoke and tailored training plan with our Learning and Development team.

There is also an opportunity to teach a number of classes within our clubs, should the successful applicants have the ability to do so.

Tier 1 –Minimum Level 3 Reps or Bachelor degree.  Entry point for externals is 1,000 hours experience.

Tier 2 –Minimum Level 4 Reps or Master’s Degree (or CSCS / UKSCA) plus 4,000 hours experience . Good nutritional understanding.

All applicants will be required to complete our training system within their first 3 months.

There will be a 12-18 month timeframe until you are able to progress from T1 – T2. All applicants must ensure they do at least 6 days of further/continuous education per year either through the Third Space System or other external means.

You should have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position and in a busy bar/restaurant in London.  We are looking for a self-motivated Bar Back with excellent communication skills, hard work and commitment.  You will be positive, with a friendly personality and have a genuine interest in food and wine. Our Concierge team members are the first point of contact for a member upon entering the Clubs, and so they play a crucial role in demonstrating the exceptional standards and values which we at Third Space live and breathe by.

If you’re a passionate, enthusiastic and charismatic individual able to deliver premium 5 star service then we are looking for you. It’s very important that we provide a great journey experience for our customers and ensure that their expectations are always met, if not exceeded. We are therefore seeking a reliable, organised, passionate and engaging individual able to provide a professional service from a warm welcome to a fond farewell for our members.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.

The role will also include Duty Management shifts, and an opportunity for the individual to showcase their skills in managing other departments during their shift.

Our Clubs are fast-paced so you’ll need to work well under pressure and will be responsible for ensuring that a professional level of service is delivered at all times. Within this requirement, you will need to be fully conversant with every offering within the club, including the group exercise timetable.

As a Concierge Team Member you’ll also need to work a mixture of shifts which involve opening the club as early as 05:15 and closing as late as 23:30, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Our beautiful and contemporary spa within our Canary Wharf/ Marylebone Club offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for our customers, but also provides a positive environment to work in. As a Spa Therapist it’s important to be both welcoming and engaged when liaising and building relationships with customers and also within your direct team to ensure that an encouraging and optimistic culture is sensed throughout the Spa.

We are looking for a proficient communicator, with both strong written and verbal skills so that day-to-day tasks of providing informed consultations on Spa offerings, booking in appointments to carrying out proficient treatments appears seamless for the customer.

The Marketing team are looking for a proactive Marketing Operations Manager to join the team. The position will report directly to the Senior Brand Manager.

The role will involve assisting the Marketing team in executing all events and special projects. The role will cover the logistics and operations of setting up all events and brand special projects. The role will also focus on execution of operations and logistics with regard our in club retail offering.

We are seeking a proactive and positive individual with a strong events and retail or in health club background.

Retail Operations:

  • Work with the Marketing Director on Third Space branded retail lines; apparel, accessories, protein powder.
  • Work with our retail partners (existing with Lululemon, Nike and 2XU with further retail lines to come from Adidas and Reebok) on new collections, promotions, events, exclusive ranges.
  • Lead contact for all sites in terms of retail operations including storage of stock, stock takes and visual merchandising
  • Administer retail training on retail ranges where needed
  • Manage the visual merchandising experience in each club for retail lines
  • Stock taking procedures and documents – analysing reports star performers and tail SKUs, work with in club team on stock taking using EZRunner (system used for sales and stock management).
  • Oversee the implementation of a retail policy including reviewing theft, missing stock, returns and exchanges
  • Finance – targets, submitting costs to finance, tracking sales vs forecast
  • T&C’s – returns and damages, oversee the implementation of a retail policy

Events, Special Projects & Brand Partnerships: 

Assist the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Brand Marketing Manager with the organising of, and coordination of in club and external events to a high standard, ensuring all elements are within brand standards, and aiming to show case Third Space as the most desirable health club group in London.

  • Event logistics and operations
  • Sourcing materials for events including instructors, equipment, kit
  • Appropriate branding and collateral following Third Space brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Attending events to ensure set up runs smoothly and brand is represented well
  • Undertake all other reasonable duties as required by the organisation

Skills and Attributes  

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments. You multi-task well and know how to manage your time effectively.
  • Are an organisational master. You stay on the ball whilst processing large numbers of orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Are comfortable with Excel and are a quick learner.

We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient and engaging Duty Manager role at our Third Space Club in Soho; one of London’s most prestigious Health and Fitness Clubs.

The Duty Manager role will be fully responsible for the daily operations of this busy Health club; completing various daily/weekly checks and enforcing health and safety systems. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, very high standards of customer service when liaising with our members and work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also need to

· Serve as a customer service liaison between members and management

· Assist with emergency shift cover where required

· Act as a club ambassador

· Be flexible to working on weekends as well as opening and closing the club; the shift rota requires availability for a start as early as 06:00 and a close as late as 23.00

We have a great opportunity for a driven, organised, passionate and dedicated individual to become part of our Group GX team based within our Club in the heart of Canary Wharf.  You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service and member experiences are provided in all Studio led activity in the club, in a clean, safe and tidy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership to ensure there is cover for all classes with qualified and suitable instructors
  • Conduct exercise classes in a professional and friendly manner living the Third Space values ensuring our members always have a positive experience
  • Check and approve all instructor invoices and process to accounts and ensure any queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Manage the maintenance and ongoing design of work out zones and studio with the Group Ex Manager and Fitness Manager
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to deliver brand standards and excellence at all times
  • Meet KPIs including class attendance numbers and class operating standards, ensuring all studio equipment is in good repair and replace when necessary.
  • Update the timetable website function and design relative to the studio progamme.
  • Assist with marketing/PR and special event management including designing and execution of special events
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and assist in the training and development of team members and instructors where appropriate
  • Respond to all members’ and guests’ questions, concerns and complaints or refer on to the appropriate person ensuring successful and timely resolution
  • Complete all procedural documentation on a timely basis (e.g. incident reports, maintenance requests, shift changes)
  • Attend all meetings requested and keep up to date with events, promotions and any changes taking place in the club
  • Help to ensure all health and safety standards and operating procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Take a proactive lead on the success of the GX function by proactively looking for improvements, taking the lead on new ideas and initiatives and supporting the creation of a best in class service.
