At the heart of the club: a 7000 square foot arena of flexible training. World-class equipment includes a custom-built track, athletic rig, and performance cardio areas with Myzone heart-rate connectivity to help you train with precision.
Swim
Slip into infinity-level water under a sculpted ceiling of light. Our 20m pool has 6 generous lanes designed for performance. The latest ultra-violet filtration technology works like sunlight to keep the water permanently purified.
Mind & Body
A space to focus and relax. The sculptural, curved ceiling and walls in our hot yoga studio promote calmness and serenity. Can’t spot the heaters? We use Europe’s only infrared-mirrored panels to create a range of temperatures suited to each class. This is a yoga lovers paradise.
Little Space
Designed for younger members. A purpose-built family space, totally separate from the adult club, featuring a crèche, athletic rig, sports hall, dedicated pool, lessons and activities.

Our changing rooms are more boutique hotel than gym. With natural skin, hair care products and fluffy towels finish each workout refreshed, relaxed and ready for the world.
