Luke has over 10 years personal training and group exercise experience. He enjoys getting the most out of the people who attend his classes. Luke created the Third Space ‘AfterBurner’ concept and also leads our ‘Sweat X’ program. He only asks you remember one thing: ‘It’s meant to be tough!’
