Inspired by cross training, expect “EMOMs” and “AMRAPs” as standard and be prepared to dig deep and push hard. The WOD combines effective high intensity training and strength work in an encouraging and motivating environment.

All levels welcome

Your trainer will ensure that you are working in a weight range that is right for you and sees you improving week on week.

There’s no hiding in The WOD, this is where hard work happens. By performing varied movements, at high intensity, The WOD will see you making progress in all areas of health and fitness.
