The Method – Full Body Conditioning Workout

A barre-based full-body workout, set to energising music. Working with tri-sets and resistance bands, improve muscular strength and engagement by working the arms, legs, glutes and core – and feel the burn! Suitable to all, including newbies and pre and post-natal members.

No equipment required here, varying levels of resistance bands are provided, all that’s missing is you.

The Method specifically targets the often neglected glute muscles. This class is the perfect accessory for runners or those looking to build more core stability.
