HIIT studio workout at Third Space

A pyramid style, full body metabolic conditioning workout. Strengthen your body using resistance exercises interspersed with high intensity plyometric moves, building intensity throughout the workout.

All levels welcome

Your trainer will ensure that you are working in a weight range that suits you. Members can book any of our classes 48 hours in advance.

Work Rate

Whether you are trying to improve your mile time or get more out of your cycling classes, metabolic conditioning is for you. Strength exercises are broken up with short periods of maximal effort exercises to improve your athletic output.

Plyometrics

Increase your speed and power with plyometric training. Quick and explosive movements are incorporated into this full body workout design to build a high functioning, well rounded physique.
