No experience necessary. Whether you’re a Reformer beginner, healing from an injury, or want a slower class, start building your foundation here. Learn basic movements on the Reformer using spring tension, straps, and props.

Fitted with straps, springs and a sliding carriage, the Reformer takes you from lying to seated to standing Pilates exercises. Improve posture, strength, and flexibility at your own pace and build the backbone of your training.

  • Grip socks are mandatory in all Reformer and Tower Pilates classes. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and performance during your workout. Please bring your own grip socks, or you can purchase a pair at the club before your class.

  • Our Fundamental Reformer Pilates class is perfect for anyone new to Reformer, those who prefer a slower pace class, and those members who are pre & post-natal or recovering from injuries.
